Abstract:	This thesis aims to introduce the final purpose (Endzweck) of morality in the practical philosophy of Immanuel Kant, man as a citizen of the world (Mensch als Weltbürger). To pursue this goal, we present the basis of morality through the autonomy of will (Autonomie des Willens), and its paradigms that do not allow duty-compliant actions motivated only by respect. To address this initial question, we have developed resources for the execution of morality as a strength of free will, the autocracy (Autocratie der Willkür). However, autocracy offers only a confrontation with sensibility impulses, not constituting a project for the possible realization of human morality. In this context, we rely on Kantian ethics which aims to fulfill the role of duty promotion through a priori application of duties to pathologically affectable wills authorized by the moral principle. However, ethics does not offer a solution capable of inducing human beings to act only by virtue of duty. That is, it needs components that allow the development of beneficial elements to the free will of human beings so that they can accept morally authorized maxims. Based on the aforementioned reasons, we offer the interpretation of moral anthropology as an alternative for human morality through the establishment of a moral character, which can be fulfilled by subjective motives, namely religion, philosophy and education; and also, objective ones, by adapting the criterion of universalization of maxims of the categorical imperative to actions. Taking moral anthropology as a parameter for effective moral realization, we face the cosmological claim described in Anthropology from a Pragmatic Point of View (1798) to establish the relevant pragmatic knowledge about man in the cosmopolitan condition of citizen of the world, i.e., as the realization of the final purpose of practical reason. Finally, this thesis aims to show the conditions under which not only man can be considered a citizen of the world, insofar as a citizen that makes a cosmopolite use of his reason, but also that mankind must work collectively to fulfill this cosmopolite ideal.
Resumo em outro idioma:	Das Ziel dieser Doktorarbeit ist den Endzweck der Moral in Immanuel Kants praktischen Philosophie darzustellen, nämlich den Menschen als Weltbürger. Um dieses zu erreichen, stellen wir die Grundlagen der Moral das, die auf der Autonomie des Willens basieren, sowie ihre Paradigmen, die ein pflichtgemäßes Handeln, das nur durch das Gefühl des Respekts motiviert ist, nicht zulassen. Um dieses Ausgangsproblem zu lösen, entwickeln wir, was die Ergänzung in der Umsetzung der Moral als Kraft der Wille, die Autokratie (Autokratie der Willkür). Allerdings bietet die Autokratie nur einen Konflikt gegenüber Impulsen der Sensibilität dar und konstituiert kein Projekt, das die Verwirklichung der menschlichen Moral ermöglicht. Auf diese Weise stützen wir uns auf die Kantscher Ethik, die darauf abzielt, die Rolle der Förderung von Pflichten zu erfüllen, die das Ziel a priori haben, beeinflussbare pathologische Pflichten anzuwenden, die durch das moralische Prinzip vereinbart sind. Allerdings bietet die Ethik keine Lösung an, die den Menschen dazu drongen kann, nur durch die Macht seiner Pflicht zu handeln, d.h. Sie braucht Komponenten, die es ermöglichen, förderliche Elemente zum Willen der Entwicklung der Menschen, zu denen sie moralische Maximen akzeptieren können. Aus den genannten Gründen bieten wir die Interpretation der Moralanthropologie als Alternative zur menschlichen Moralisierung durch die Etablierung eines moralischen Charakters an, der durch subjektive Motive, nämlich Bildung, Religion, Philosophie, er werden kann; und auch objektive, indem das Kriterium der Universalisierung von Maximen des kategorischen Imperativs auf Handlungen übertragen wird. Nimmt man die moralische Anthropologie als Parameter für die wirksame Verwirklichung von Moral, so stehen wir vor dem kosmologischen Anspruch, der dem Werk Anthropologie aus pragmatischer Sicht (1798) enthalten ist, das relevante pragmatische Wissen über den Menschen im kosmopolitischen Zustand des Weltbürgers zu etablieren, d.h., als die Verwirklichung des Endzwecks der praktischen Vernunft. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher aufzuzeigen, unter welchen Bedingungen der Mensch als Weltbürger gelten kann, sofern er ein Bürger ist, der seine Vernunft kosmopolitisch nutzt, sondern auch, dass die menschliche Gattung kollektiv die Pflicht hat, dieses kosmopolitische Ideal zu verwirklichen.
