Abstract:	This dissertation aims to analyze how technological advancement and the platformization of social policies shape their formulation and implementation in the Brazilian context. The research is justified by the need to investigate the increasing platformization of public services and the diffusion of digital technologies, as this logic is profoundly transforming the relationships between the State, social policies, and Society. Methodologically, the study draws on a literature review encompassing academic works in the field of Social Policy with a focus on technology and ICTs, as well as key references on Brazilian social formation and the trajectory of social policy in Brazil. Additionally, a document analysis of legislation related to Digital Government and Social Policies was conducted. Three digital platforms representative of different areas of social security were selected: Meu SUS Digital, Meu INSS, and Meu CadÚnico. The findings indicate that the platformization of public services, while introducing innovations and efficiency gains, cannot be dissociated from the market-driven context that favors large private corporations in the technology sector. By expanding the scope of social policies, this process tends to weaken the state's connection with users, shifting responsibilities and often imposing access barriers on the more vulnerable segments of the population. Furthermore, it is evident that this dynamic constitutes a contemporary expression of dependent capitalism, intensifying technological subordination to core countries and, in this way, reproducing relations of dependency.
