Abstract:	In Brazil, the strawberry is the most explored species among the group of small fruits, it is estimated that 4,500 ha of the fruit are cultivated and approximately 225 million seedlings are demanded. The main national market is fresh consumption, although there is also strong demand for agro-industrial purposes such as frozen pulp, juices, jams, teas, syrups, jellies and ice cream. In the Federal District, the activity is highlighted in the region of Brazlândia. Factors such as the increase in plant density, productivity and greater rationalization of inputs lead to a growing interest in the production of strawberries in a hydroponic system with the use of substrate. The present work aimed to evaluate 4 nutrient solutions applied to 4 substrate compositions, applied to the Portola cultivate. The experiment was conducted between June 2020 and June 2021, using a randomized block design, with 4 replications, with 5 plants per experimental plot, in a 4x4 factorial arrangement. The substrates were composed of Carbonized Rice Husk (CAC) and Coconut Fiber (FB), in different compositions: 1-100% CAC; 2-100% FB; 3- 50% CAC + 50% FB and 4-75% CAC + 25% FB. The nutrient solutions had as a reference those proposed by FURLANI & FERNANDES JÚNIOR (2004), vegetative and productive phases, and two other solutions, so that 4 solutions were evaluated with increasing potassium levels, maintaining the levels of the other nutrients. In the period between the twenty-first and fifty-second weeks after transplanting, production parameters were determined, such as production per plant and productivity, number and average weight of fruits and classification as commercial standard or not of the fruits, in addition to the evaluation of quality parameters such as: titratable acidity (AT), soluble solids (SS) contents and the SS/AT ratio. There were statistical differences in all agronomic parameters evaluated so that the arrangement solution 4 and substrate 1 (100% CAC) presented better results with highlights for: total production; production of number of total and commercial fruits; general and commercial yield per plant and average fruit weight. As for the post-harvest evaluation, there were no significant changes both at the level of nutrient solution and at the level of substrate type, which leads us to believe that such properties are intrinsic to the Portola cultivate and the management of potassium content has little influence on the parameters analyzed.
