Abstract:	The accessibility associated with urban mobility are part of current, necessary and timely themes that support the search for social inclusion. In this sense, this work is focused on the public sidewalks executed in simple concrete, because these are responsible for delineating most of the cities and allowing people to leave the private environment safely. So, the impact of nonconformities regarding normative items and damages due to the use of concrete material on sidewalk accessibility is an existing problem. The ABNT NBR 9050:2015 became the main guide on the necessary adjustments to make the buildings accessible, as it is also approved by federal laws, and in the Federal District by COE-DF. The city of Águas Claras is configured as the object of study, because its accelerated growth was simultaneously to the relevance of the regulatory norm and change in legislation. The research was developed by the division of the city in four main areas, oriented mainly by the presence of the stations of the subway; delimitation of regions in smaller areas for study; and sampling for application of the methodology. Each sample is composed of two Evaluation areas: internal and external environment transition, and sidewalks. In the first one, the normative criteria were evaluated, in the second, the influence of pathologies involving accessibility was added. Thus, with the help of quantitative, statistical and graphical data, it was possible to analyze the four areas independently, to create a general perspective and to conclude for the existence of design flaws regarding non-standardization, focusing on accessibility and faults in the maintenance and conservation of sidewalks.
