Abstract:	This text results from a recent contact with the intellectual production of an important Argentine researcher, AgustÌn Aduriz-Bravo; which became known by his concern to strengthen the science teaching with epistemological issues. In this article we draw attention to one of his most interesting didactic approaches: the ìMatrix of Stages and Strandsî (i.e., the treatment of keytopics of Philosophy of Science, noting that these core subjects receive different readings, according to the evolutionary stage of ìPSî). Such prototype ñ designed with the clear aim of enable, epistemologically, future teachers ñ is, in our opinion, an exercise that, given its fecundity, would be useful to also replicate in Geography teacher training. (Since we have, of course, interest in fortify the training of our future teachers with an idea of ìGeographical Science Teachingî; more than merely ìGeography Teachingî.).
